একজন ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার diploma পাস করার পর তাকে কি কি বিষয় দক্ষ হওয়া উচিত কি কি কাজ জানা উচিত

ডিপ্লোমা ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার: কি কি দক্ষতা থাকা উচিত?

• Renewable Energy: Solar PV system, Battery, Charge controller, Inverter selection।

📌 প্র্যাক্টিক্যাল স্কিল (Hands-on Skills)

• Wiring & Installation: House wiring, Industrial wiring, Earthing, Circuit breaker, Distribution Board (DB) setup।
• Motor & Transformer Maintenance: Motor winding basics, Fault detection, Preventive maintenance।
• Electrical Drawing & Design: Single Line Diagram (SLD) পড়া ও আঁকা, AutoCAD Electrical বা সমমান সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার।
• Testing & Measuring Instruments ব্যবহার: Multimeter, Clamp meter, Megger, Oscilloscope, Power analyzer।
• PLC & Automation: PLC programming basics, Sensors, Actuators, HMI, SCADA।
• Solar System Installation: Load calculation, Panel installation, Inverter & battery connection, Net metering সিস্টেম।
• Safety Practices: Electrical safety codes, PPE ব্যবহার, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), First Aid।

📌 সফট স্কিল (Soft Skills)

• Problem Solving Ability: Fault খুঁজে বের করা ও সমাধান করা।
• Teamwork & Communication: টেকনিশিয়ান, সুপারভাইজার, ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের সাথে কাজ করার দক্ষতা।
• Basic Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, MATLAB/Proteus (Simulation software)।
• Project Handling: ছোট প্রজেক্ট যেমন Solar home system, Control panel making।
